TRUMP ABUSES THE POST FOR ELECTORAL GAINS: IMPEACHMENT REPORT

TRUMP ABUSES THE POST FOR ELECTORAL GAINS: IMPEACHMENT REPORT

Washington.! The US Intelligence Committee on Tuesday accepted the impeachment report prepared by Democrat lawmakers against President Trump. The report claims that Trump, while abusing his position, pressured Ukraine to resume an investigation into a case that Trump would have benefited from in future elections.
The report has now been sent to the Judicial Committee, where voting is on impeachment as soon as the charges are passed in the hearing. Trump may have to step down if the Senate votes in favor as well.

Trump outran Nixon-Clinton:

The report noted that Trump also surpassed former President Nixon who allowed staff to testify. At the same time Clinton responded to the inquiry 81 times.

Key points revealed against Trump in the report.

  •  In dealing with Ukraine, Trump placed his interests above the interests of the country.
  • Stopping military aid to Ukraine spoiled the country’s security system.
  •  Removed anti-corruption from the post of ambassador and made his defender stand.
  • Used his position and powers infinitely for his re-election.
  • Trump, his lawyers, interrupted the investigation, prompting others as well.

Voting up to 20 if charges are passed

The second phase of impeachment on the trump has begun. The charges of impeachment and articles related to impeachment in the report will be heard in the judicial committee, where the scholars of the constitution will sit. Trump and his lawyers have refused to participate. At the same time, Republican lawmakers can raise objections and give speeches under the process to save Trump. The process of impeachment of the Trump in the Judicial Committee can be stopped. But after the charges are passed here, the votes of MPs will be taken. Committee hearings may be completed within the next two weeks. After this, voting can be held in the full house as there will be Christmas holidays in America from 20.
