FOGNINI WON IN FIVE SETS
12th seed Fognini defeated American Riley Opelka 3-6 6-7 6-4 6-3 7-6 in a hard-fought 3 hours 38 minutes. Vasco of Spain defeated Yevgeny Doskoy of Russia 7-5 6 2 6-1. Silich also did not have to work hard to win against France’s Correntin Moute. Silich won 6-3 6-2 6-4. Canada’s Raonic won 6–1, 6–2, 6–3 over Lorenzo Guistino of Italy.
