1.HALLASAN



Blood circulation occurs in the face and head in Halasana. Which increases the glow of the face. In this posture, stop the body as long as you can without any discomfort. Can get glowing skin in fifteen days

 

 

 

2.SARVANGASAN



In Sarvangasana, the body is balanced on the shoulders and head, causing blood circulation to the head and face. Which does the work of increasing the glow as well as it also removes the problem of acne and acne. Helps in getting glowing skin

 

3.TRIANGLE POSE
